Alam Sutera is a mixed township at South Tangerang City and Tangerang City of Banten province in Indonesia. It is located south-west of capital Jakarta and within Jabodetabek metro area. The township has a land area of about 800 hectares.[1] Most of the area are located in North Serpong, South Tangerang City, while some area, especially the CBD, are in Pinang sub-district, Tangerang City. It is generally suited for upper middle income household along with many other satellite cities in the province.
Alam Sutera has direct access to Jakarta-Merak Toll Road. TransJakarta operates feeder routes to connect the township with Jakarta city center.[2]
Township has an internal shuttle bus service, known as "SuteraLoop", which services Alam Sutera proper. It connects all areas in Alam Sutera including residential and commercial areas as well.
MRT Jakarta
In the future, Alam Sutera There will be a phase 3 Jakarta MRT line connecting Cikarang in the east with Balaraja in the west The future MRT line, which will traverse the Jakarta - Merak toll road, is not just a transit project but a beacon of progress for our area. It will significantly enhance our connectivity, making travel across Greater Jakarta faster, more efficient, and environmentally friendly.
Jakarta MRT Phase 3 will be constructed in 2025.
Future LRT Depok Baru - Tangerang Planned

Alam Sutera There Will Be The LRT Depok Baru–Tangerang Line is a proposed project designed to connect Depok Baru Station in West Java with Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Banten. The planned route will pass through several key areas, including Alam Sutera, a prominent integrated township in North Serpong.
Alam Sutera Will Be The Planned LRT line is expected to have a station near Bundaran Alam Sutera Is Pakulonan , providing direct access to the surrounding commercial and residential developments.
