Machine translation, like DeepL or Google Translate, is a useful starting point for translations, but translators must revise errors as necessary and confirm that the translation is accurate, rather than simply copy-pasting machine-translated text into the English Wikipedia.
Do not translate text that appears unreliable or low-quality. If possible, verify the text with references provided in the foreign-language article.

A Society Sensation is a 1918 American silentcomedy-drama film directed by Paul Powell and starring Carmel Myers and Rudolph Valentino (credited as Rudolpho De Valentina). It was released by Universal Pictures under their imprint Bluebird Photoplays.[1] When it was re-released in 1924, it was cut down to 24 minutes to include mostly scenes that feature Valentino,[1] although it was Carmel Myers who originally starred in the film.
