The 2024 Central Michigan Chippewas football team represented Central Michigan University in the Mid-American Conference during the 2024 NCAA Division I FBS football season . The Chippewas were led by Jim McElwain in his sixth year as the head coach. The Chippewas played their home games at Kelly/Shorts Stadium , located in Mount Pleasant, Michigan .[ 1]
