^The Al Masry v Haras El Hodoud match, originally scheduled to be played between 22 and 24 June 2023, was postponed to avoid scheduling conflicts with Haras El Hodoud's fixtures in the 2022–23 Egyptian Premier League.
^The Al Ahly v Al Masry match, originally scheduled to be played on 3 or 4 July 2023, was postponed as both participating teams in the match were not determined yet by the time of the fixture.
