Note: Karpaty Lviv did not play the match due to the illness of 8 players. Professional Football League of Ukraine (PFL) decided to postpone the match. However, Football Federation of Ukraine (FFU) Control and Disciplinary Committee (CDC) overturned this decision, and the FFU Appeals Committee (AC) confirmed the CDC decision. On 12 April 2007, the PFL Bureau decided to award Metalist with a win and punish Karpaty with a technical defeat.[1]
