The 1908–09 Georgia Bulldogs basketball team represented the University of Georgia during the 1908–09 college men's basketball season. The team finished the season with an overall record of 6–2.[1]

The team was captained by Frank Von Sprecken and included Claud Derrick. Players Peacock, Lewis, and Buttolph were from last year's Southern champion Columbus YMCA team.[2] A game with Vanderbilt to decide the Southern championship never materialized.
