Η Παλιά Πόλη της Βίλνιους (Λιθουανικά:Vilniaus senamiestis) είναι μία από τις μεγαλύτερες υπάρχουσες μεσαιωνικές πόλεις της Ανατολικής Ευρώπης. Έχει έκταση 3,59 τετραγωνικά χιλιόμετρα. Περικλείει 74 συνοικίες, με 70 δρόμους και λεωφόρους που απαριθμούν 1487 κτήρια με συνολική έκταση 1.497.000 τετραγωνικά μέτρα. Είναι το αρχαιότερο μέρος της Λιθουανικής πρωτεύουσας Βίλνιους και έχει αναπτυχθεί δια μέσου των αιώνων, λαμβάνοντας τη μορφή της από την ιστορία της πόλης και από μια συνεχώς εναλλασσόμενη πολιτιστική επίδραση. Είναι τόπος στον οποίο μερικές από τις μεγαλύτερες Ευρωπαϊκές αρχιτεκτονικές τεχνοτροπίες - Γοτθική αρχιτεκτονική, Αναγεννησιακή αρχιτεκτονική, Μπαρόκ αρχιτεκτονική, Νεοκλασική αρχιτεκτονική- συνυπάρχουν και αλληλοσυμπληρώνονται.

Βασική αρτηρία της παλιάς πόλης είναι ο Δρόμος Πίλιες και ο κόμβος των καφετεριών και της εμπορικής ζωής. Ο βασικός δρόμος της Βίλνιους, η Λεωφόρος Γκεντιμίνας, βρίσκεται εν μέρει στην Παλιά Πόλη. Οι βασικές πλατείες της Παλιάς Πόλης είναι η Πλατεία Καθεδρικού και η Πλατεία Δημαρχείου.

Ένα από τα πλέον περίτεχνα αρχιτεκτονικό συγκρότημα είναι το Αρχιτεκτονικό Σύνολο του Πανεπιστημίου του Βίλνιους, το οποίο διαθέτει 13 προαυλιακούς χώρους. Επιλέχθηκε ως εκπρόσωπος της Λιθουανίας στο Πάρκο Μίνι-Ευρώπη στις Βρυξέλλες.

Το 1994 η Παλιά Πόλη της Βίλνιους συμπεριλήφθηκε από την UNESCO στον κατάλογο Μνημείων Παγκόσμιας Κληρονομιάς (Αριθμός 541) σε αναγνώριση της διεθνούς αξίας του και αυθεντικότητάς του.
