Ο Λίβων Ρουπίλιος Φρούγι, λατιν.: Libo Rupilius Frugi (απεβ. 101), του οποίου το πλήρες όνομα ήταν Λεύκιος Σκριβώνιος Λίβων Ρουπίλιος Φρούγι Βώνος (Lucius Scribonius Libo Rupilius Frugi Bonus), ήταν αντικαταστάτης ύπατος και μάλλον πρόπαππος του Μάρκου Αυρηλίου Αυτοκράτορα.

Βιογραφία

Ήταν ένας από τους γιους του Mάρκου Λικίνιου Κράσου Φρούγι, υπάτου το 64, και της Σουλπικίας Πραιτεξτάτας, κόρης του Κουίντου Σουλπικίου Καμερίνου Πετίκου και εγγονός του Marcus Licinius Crassus Frugi αντικαταστάτη υπάτου το 46, που ήταν πρόξενος στα 27 και στη Σκριβωνία . Ο αδελφός του Γάιος Καλπούρνιος Πίσο Κράσος Φρούγι Λικινιανός [3] ήταν ύπατος το 87. [4]

Ο πατέρας τού Λ. Ρ. Φρούγι είχε εκτελεστεί από τον Αυτοκράτορα Nέρωνα μεταξύ των ετών 66 και 68, λόγω των πληροφοριών που έφερε εναντίον του ο Μάρκος Ακουίλιος Ρέγουλος. [5] Μετά το τέλος τού πατέρα του, η μητέρα του τον πήρε με τα αδέλφια του σε μια συνεδρίαση της Συγκλήτου το 70, στις αρχές της βασιλείας του Βεσπασιανού, ζητώντας δικαιοσύνη για το τέλος του πατέρα του. Το αποτέλσμα ήταν ο Ρέγουλος και οι συνεργάτες του να διωχθούν από τη Σύγκλητο. [6]

Σύμφωνα με την Ιστορία των Αυγούστων ο Φρούγι ήταν υπατικού βαθμού, καθώς τον αναφέρει ως πρώην ύπατο. [7] Ο Φρούγι υπηρέτησε ως αντικαταστάτης ύπατος το 88. [4] Έχει ταυτιστεί με τον πρώην ύπατο "Λίβωνα Φρούγι", τον οποίο ο Πλίνιος ο Νεότερος αναφέρει ότι μιλούσε επιθετικά στη Σύγκλητο σχετικά με την υπόθεση του Νορβανού Λικινιανού. [8]

Έχει υποστηριχθεί ότι ο Φρούγι νυμφεύτηκε τη Σαλονίνα Ματιδία, ανιψιά του Αυτοκράτορα Τραϊανού, ως ο τρίτος σύζυγός της. Αν είναι έτσι, ο Φρούγι και η Ματιδία ήταν οι γονείς της Ρουπιλίας Φαυστίνας, [9] της εκ πατρός γιαγιάς τού Mάρκου Αυρηλίου. [7] [10]

Νυμφεύτηκε τη Σαλονία Ματιδία, κόρη του Γαΐου Σαλονίου Ματιδίου Πατουίνου πραίτωρα, και είχε τέκνο:
