Το Φουναφούτι (αγγλικά: Funafuti) είναι πόλη και πρωτεύουσα του νησιωτικού έθνους του Τουβαλού. Έχει πληθυσμό 6.320 κατοίκους, καθιστώντας την πιο πολυπληθή πόλη της χώρας, με το 60,1% του πληθυσμού του έθνους. Περιβάλλεται από μεγάλη λιμνοθάλασσα 18 επί 14 χιλιομέτρων με μέσο βάθος τα 36,5 μέτρα.[5] Η λιμνοθάλασσα έχει επιφάνεια 275 τετραγωνικών χιλιομέτρων και είναι η μεγαλύτερη λιμνοθάλασσα στο Τουβαλού.
