Το Συμβούλιο των Εκατό (στα καταλανικά: Consell de Cent) ήταν κυβερνητικός θεσμός της Βαρκελώνης. Ιδρύθηκε κατά τον 13ο αιώνα και διήρκεσε έως τον 18ο αιώνα.

Αριθμός επίσημων σημαιών περιοχών και πόλεων που ανήκαν στο παλαιό Στέμμα της Αραγωνίας είναι βασισμένες σε αυτή.

Το όνομά του προέρχεται από τον αριθμό των μελών του: εκατό (Καταλανικά: cent).

Το 1249, ο Ιάκωβος Α΄ ίδρυσε τον βασικό της τοπικής κυβέρνησης της Βαρκελώνης: ένα συμβουλευτικό συμβούλιο αποτελούμενο από 4 μέλη, το οποίο βοηθούνταν από 8 συμβούλους και μία συνέλευση probi homines (ηγεμόνων), όλοι τους μέλη της mà major (καταλανικό αντίστοιχο της ανώτερης τάξης της οποίας τα μέλη ήσαν ευκατάστατοι έμποροι).

Έπειτα από αρκετές τροποποιήσεις, προς το έτος 1265, η οργάνωση της διακυβέρνησης της πόλης έλαβε την πλέον σταθερή μορφή της: η εξουσία της πόλης βρισκόταν στα χέρια 3 συμβούλων οι οποίοι εκλέγονταν από ένα Συμβούλιο το οποίο αποτελείτο από εκατό μέλη.

Κατά το 1335, ο Πέτρος Γ΄ ο Τυπικός έδωσε την άδεια στο Consell de Cent να χρησιμοποιεί το βασιλικό σύμβολο των τεσσάρων (κόκκινων) λωρίδων.

Η σημασία του Consell de Cent τεκμηριώνεται μέσω αρκετών παραδειγμάτων. Για παράδειγμα, το έτος 1464 ανακήρυξε τον Πέτρο Ε΄ της Αραγωνίας (γνωστός ως Πέτρος ο Στρατάρχης της Πορτογαλίας) ως κόμη της Βαρκελώνης. Ένα άλλο παράδειγμα, είναι η απόρριψη από το Consell de Cent της ιδρύσεως υπό τον Μαρτίνο τον Ουμανιστή στις 10 Ιανουαρίου του 1401 της Γενικής Ιατρικής Σχολής της Βαρκελώνης η οποία θα είχε ίδια προνόμια με το Πανεπιστήμιο του Μονπελιέ, καθώς θεωρούσαν ότι κάτι τέτοιο υπέσκαπτε την εξουσία τους στα κοινά της πόλης. Αυτό τελικώς οδήγησε στην ίδρυση του Πανεπιστημίου της Βαρκελώνης το 1450.

Το Consell de Cent διαλύθηκε από τον Φίλιππο Ε΄ της Ισπανίας με τα Decretos de Nueva Planta τα οποία και εξεδόθησαν μετά την κατάληψή του της Βαρκελώνης έπειτα από την Πολιορκία της Βαρκελώνης το 1714.

Μια κύρια οδός εντός της πόλης της Βαρκελώνης, η Carrer (οδός) Consell de Cent, έχει λάβει την ονομασία αυτού του θεσμού (προ του 1978 ήταν γνωστή ως Calle Consejo de Ciento, στα ισπανικά).
