Wilfried Adling
Wilfried Adling (* 3. März 1930 in Chemnitz; † 16. Juni 1992) war ein deutscher Theaterwissenschaftler und Hochschullehrer.
Leben und Wirken
Nach Schulbesuch und Studium promovierte er zum Dr. sc. und habilitierte sich. Danach wurde er zum Prorektor für Erziehung und Ausbildung sowie ordentlichen Professor und Leiter des Lehrstuhls für Leitung und Funktion des sozialistischen Theaters an der Theaterhochschule „Hans Otto“ Leipzig ernannt. Bekannt wurde er als Experte für das „sozialistische Menschenbild“ auf der Theaterbühne, insbesondere im Werk von Maxim Gorki. Daneben gab er Anthologien heraus, darunter 1959 Der Weg vom Ich zum Wir, darin erschien das Erstlingswerk von Heiner Müller Der Lohndrücker.[1]
Im Juni 1976 erhielt Adling den Preis für künstlerisches Volksschaffen I. Klasse.
