Tim Tszyu
Timofei „Tim“ Konstantinovich Tszyu (* 2. November 1994 in Sydney, Australien) ist ein australischer Profiboxer im Halbmittelgewicht und ehemaliger WBO-Weltmeister.
Profikarriere
Er gab sein Profidebüt im Dezember 2016 mit einem Sieg durch einstimmige Punktrichterentscheidung gegen Zorran Cassady über sechs Runden.
Am 12. März des Jahres 2023 gewann er den Interimsweltmeistertitel des Verbandes WBO, als er Tony Harrison durch technischen Knockout in Runde 9 besiegte. Er wurde von der WBO kampflos zum Weltmeister ernannt und verteidigte den Titel am 15. Oktober 2023 erfolgreich gegen Brian Mendoza durch einstimmigen Beschluss, verlor ihn jedoch bereits Ende März des darauffolgenden Jahres gegen Sebastian Fundora durch geteilte Punktentscheidung.
