Tallismanus, eigentlich Talismanis, auch Talismanus, ist der Verwaltungssitz des Wahlkreises Otjombinde in der Region Omaheke im Osten Namibias und hat seit 2002 offiziell den Status als Siedlung (settlement).[1] Die Siedlung liegt etwa 180 Kilometer von der Regionalhauptstadt Gobabis entfernt.[2]
Tallismanus verfügt über fünf Schulen, eine Polizeistation und eine Klinik.[2]
