Geschichte

Das Unternehmen wurde 2013 gegründet. Im November 2025 wurde angekündigt, dass die Vermögenswerte der Renewables Infrastructure Group an die HICL Infrastructure Company übertragen und die Renewables Infrastructure Group anschließend aufgelöst werden sollte.[6] Nach erheblichem Widerstand der Aktionäre wurde die geplante Transaktion im Dezember 2025 abgebrochen.[7]
