Die Parlamentswahl in Kambodscha 2003 (Wahlen zur dritten kambodschanischen Nationalversammlung) wurde am 27. Juli 2003 durchgeführt. Gewonnen wurden sie von der regierenden Kambodschanischen Volkspartei (engl. Cambodia People’s Party, CPP) des Premierministers Hun Sen, die eine absolute Mehrheit von 73 der 123 Sitze gewann. Weil für die Wahl des Premierministers eine Zweidrittelmehrheit notwendig ist, konnte die neue Regierung jedoch erst im Juli 2004 gebildet werden, nachdem eine Einigung mit der monarchistischen FUNCINPEC zustande gekommen war.
