Ndono ist ein Verwaltungsbezirk (englisch Ward) des Distrikts Uyui in der tansanischen Region Tabora.
Geografie
Ndono ist ein ländlicher Bezirk im westlichen Teil des zentralen Hochlands von Tansania, etwa 40 Kilometer westlich der Regionshauptstadt Tabora.[2] Bei der Volkszählung 2022 lebten 13.781 Menschen in 2273 Haushalten[3] auf einer Fläche von 224 Quadratkilometern.[4]
Der Bezirk grenzt von Nordwesten bis Südwesten an den Distrikt Urambo und sonst an drei Bezirke des Distrikts Uyui:[5]

Infrastruktur
- Bildung: Die Ndono Secondary School ist eine staatliche weiterführende Schule, die Tages- und Internatsschüler bis zur 6. Stufe ausbildet.[7]
- Gesundheit: In den Gemeinden Ndono und Itinka liegt je eine staatliche Apotheke.[8][9]
- Straße: Durch den Bezirk verläuft die asphaltierte Nationalstraße T18, die von Tabora im Osten nach Kigoma im Westen führt.[10]
Sonstiges
In Ndono befindet sich eine 1929 erbaute Kirche. Sie gehört der römisch-katholischen Kirche und ist Teil der Erzdiözese Tabora.[11]
