Die National Urban League 2015/16 war die zweite Spielzeit – unter dem neuen Namen – und die 32. Spielzeit insgesamt der höchsten Fußballliga der Republik China auf Taiwan seit der offiziellen Einführung im Jahr 1983. Die reguläre Saison begann am 13. September 2015 und endete am 23. April 2016. Titelverteidiger war der Taiwan Power Company FC.

Der Taiwan Power Company FC konnte seinen Titel aus der Vorsaison verteidigen und wurde zum insgesamt 19. Mal Meister.

Die Spiele der ersten Vorrunde wurden vom 16. bis 18. Mai 2015 im Bailing Sport Park ausgetragen.[1] Die zwei besten Mannschaften erreichten die zweite Vorrunde.
