NGC 6073 ist eine Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ Sc im Sternbild Herkules am Nordsternhimmel. Sie ist schätzungsweise 212 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 80.000 Lichtjahren.

Das Objekt wurde am 21. März 1784 von Wilhelm Herschel[4] mit einem 18,7-Zoll-Spiegelteleskop entdeckt, der sie dabei mit „vF, S, verified with 240 power“[5] beschrieb.
