Mygdonia (altgriechisch Μυγδονία, lateinisch Mydonia) ist:

- Antiochia Mygdonia, Stadt in der gleichnamigen Landschaft, siehe Nisibis
- Mygdonia (Griechenland), Landschaft im Grenzgebiet zwischen antikem Makedonien und Thrakien, etwa am Unterlauf der Struma
- Mygdonia (Asien), nach manchen Deutungen eine Region in Asia Minor bzw. in Phrygien
- nach dem byzantinischen Gelehrten Johann Tzetzes der ursprüngliche Name der thrakischen Stadt Perinthos
