Die Millî Lig 1959/60 war die zweite Spielzeit der höchsten türkischen Spielklasse im Fußball der Männer. Sie startete am 26. August 1959 mit dem 1. Spieltag mit der Partie Galatasaray Istanbul gegen Beykozspor und endete am 12. Juni 1960 zwischen Fenerbahçe Istanbul gegen Beşiktaş Istanbul.

Beşiktaş Istanbul wurde zum ersten Mal offiziell in der Vereinsgeschichte türkischer Fußballmeister. Der Klub wurde vor Gründung der Liga zweimal Gewinner des Federation-Pokals, doch diese Titel wurden erst am 9. Mai 2002 offiziell erkannt.[1] Vizemeister dieser Spielzeit wurde Fenerbahçe Istanbul.
