Kazima ist ein Verwaltungsbezirk (englisch Ward) des Distrikts Mpanda (MC) in der tansanischen Region Katavi.
Geografie
Kazima ist ein städtischer Bezirk im südlichen Hochland von Tansania. Er liegt nordöstlich des Zentrums der Regionshauptstadt Mpanda.[2] Bei der Volkszählung 2022 lebten 25.169 Menschen in 5721 Haushalten[3] auf einer Fläche von zwölf Quadratkilometern.[4]
Der Bezirk grenzt an vier Bezirke des Distrikts Mpanda (MC):[5]

Gliederung
Der Bezirk besteht aus drei Gemeinden (Swahili Mtaa):[6]
- Kapalangao
- Rungwa
- Kazima
Infrastruktur
- Bildung: Es gibt eine weiterführende Schule im Bezirk.[7] Die Rungwa Secondary School ist eine staatliche Schule mit einer Ausbildung bis zur 4. Stufe.[8]
- Gesundheitseinrichtungen: In Kazima liegt ein staatliches Gesundheitszentrum.[9]
- Elektrizität, Wasser: Von den 4556 Gebäuden im Bezirk haben 1764 einen Stromanschluss von Tanesco, 1263 beziehen Strom aus anderen Quellen wie Solarzellen und Generatoren. In 1993 Gebäuden gibt es einen Wasseranschluss (Stand 2022).[10]
- Gebäudenutzung: Von den 118 Gebäuden, die nicht für Wohnzwecke genutzt werden, sind 42 öffentliche Gebäude wie Schulen und Gesundheitseinrichtungen, 33 Geschäftslokale, gehören 25 religiösen Gemeinschaften, sind 8 Bürogebäude, 6 Gästehäuser, 4 Lagerhäuser, 2 Gewerbebetriebe, 2 Hotels, 2 industrielle Anlagen und eines ist ein Ferienhaus (Stand 2022).[11]
