Joseph Lennon
Joseph Lennon (* 22. Juni 1933 im County Louth, Irland; † 25. Januar 1990) war ein irischer Landwirt und Politiker der Fine Gael. Er war von Mai 1982 bis April 1987 Mitglied des Seanad Éireann, des Oberhauses des irischen Parlaments (Oireachtas).
Leben
Joseph Lennon war als Landwirt im County Louth tätig und Mitglied des Louth County Council. Er kandidierte für die Fine Gael bei den Wahlen zum Dáil Éireann 1977 im Wahlkreis Louth, wurde aber ebenso nicht gewählt, wie bei den Wahlen zum Dáil Éireann 1987.[1] Er zog jedoch bei den Wahlen zum 16. Seanad Éireann über die Landwirtschaftsliste in das Oberhaus ein und konnte seinen Sitz bei den Wahlen zum 17. Seanad verteidigen.
