Jorge Seif

Jorge Seif Junior (* 10. Mai 1977 in Rio de Janeiro) ist ein brasilianischer Politiker syrisch-libaneser Abstammung von der Liberalen Partei (PL).[1] Seit 2023 ist er Senator von Brasilien für Santa Catarina.
Als Unternehmer im Fischereisektor war er von 2019 bis 2022 unter Präsident Jair Bolsonaro Staatssekretär für Fischerei und Aquakultur.
Biografie
Er hat einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft und Marketing von der Universität Vale do Itajaí.
Bei den Wahlen 2022 wurde er mit 1.426.383 Stimmen (39,8 % der abgegebenen Stimmen) zum Senator gewählt.[2]
