Die Gauliga Sudetenland 1943/44 war die sechste und letzte Spielzeit der Gauliga Sudetenland des Fachamtes Fußball. Nachdem die Mannschaften aus dem Osten des Sportgaues der neu geschaffenen Gauliga Böhmen-Mähren zugeordnet wurden, bestand die diesjährige Gauliga Sudetenland aus zwei Gruppen mit sechs, bzw. sieben Mannschaften, die im Rundenturnier gegeneinander spielten. Die beiden Gruppensieger trafen in zwei Finalspielen aufeinander und ermittelten den Gaumeister. Am Ende konnte sich die NSTG Brüx mit zwei deutlichen Siegen gegen die NSTG Prosetitz durchsetzen und qualifizierte sich somit für die deutsche Fußballmeisterschaft 1943/44. Bei dieser Schieden die Brüxer bereits in der 1. Runde nach einer deutlichen 0:8-Heimniederlage gegen den 1. FC Nürnberg aus.

Dies war die letzte Spielzeit der Gauliga Sudetenland. Die Spielzeit 1944/45 wurde kriegsbedingt nach wenigen Spielen abgebrochen. Nach der Kapitulation Deutschlands wurde das Sudetenland in die Tschechoslowakei wiedereingegliedert. Durch die Beneš-Dekrete wurden alle Deutschen aus diesem Gebiet vertrieben. Die Vereine wurden aufgelöst.
