Die Fußball-Bezirksliga Cottbus 1967/68 war die sechzehnte Spielzeit der Fußball-Bezirksliga Cottbus des Deutschen Fußball-Verbandes. Die diesjährige Liga wurde erneut eingleisig im Rundenturnier mit 16 Mannschaften ausgetragen. Die BSG Aktivist Brieske-Ost setzte sich mit vier Punkten Vorsprung vor der BSG Chemie Guben durch und wurde zum dritten Mal Fußball-Bezirksmeister von Cottbus. Durch den Sieg qualifizierte sich Schwarze Pumpe für die Qualifikationsrunde zur DDR-Liga-Saison 1968/69, bei der die Mannschaft dritter wurde und somit knapp den Aufstieg in DDR-Liga verpasste.

Am Ende der Saison stiegen die SG Dynamo Lübben, die BSG Aktivist BKK Lauchhammer, die SG Dynamo Cottbus und der Aufsteiger BSG Motor Elsterwerda-Biehla in die Bezirksklasse ab. Im Gegenzug stiegen die BSG Aktivist Schipkau (Mitte), die BSG Fortschritt Cottbus (Ost) und die BSG Motor Finsterwalde (West) in die Bezirksliga auf.
