Die Fußball-Landesklasse Sachsen-Anhalt 1951/52 war die vierte und letzte Austragung der Fußball-Landesklasse Sachsen-Anhalt. Die Landesklasse wurde in dieser Saison auf 14 Mannschaften verkleinert, die erneut im Rundenturnier den sachsen-anhaltische Fußballmeister und Aufsteiger in die DDR-Liga ermittelten. Die BSG Chemie Agfa Wolfen setzte sich mit sechs Punkten vor der BSG Empor Bernburg durch und stieg in die DDR-Fußball-Liga 1952/53 auf.

Da im Sommer 1952 die Länder in der DDR liquidiert wurden und an ihre Stelle 14 Bezirke traten, musste sich der DDR-Fußball der neuen Verwaltungsstruktur mit seinem Ligensystem anpassen. Die Landesligen wurden aufgelöst und durch 14 Bezirksligen ersetzt. Anstelle der Fußball-Landesklasse Sachsen-Anhalt traten im Wesentlichen die Fußball-Bezirksliga Halle und die Fußball-Bezirksliga Magdeburg, Vereine aus den Kreisen Delitzsch, Eilenburg und Torgau spielten zukünftig in der Fußball-Bezirksliga Leipzig.
