Frank Belschak

Frank D. Belschak ist ein deutscher Betriebswirt und Hochschullehrer. Er ist Professor für Leadership and Organizational Behaviour an der Universität Amsterdam (UvA).[1]

Wirken

Belschak studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre und promovierte im Bereich Organisationsverhalten. Nach Stationen an mehreren europäischen Universitäten ist er seit vielen Jahren an der Universität Amsterdam tätig, wo er zu den Themen Führung, Motivation und proaktives Verhalten forscht und publiziert.
