Cape Mercy ist eine Landspitze an der Ostküste der Baffininsel im kanadischen Territorium Nunavut.
Lage
Die Landspitze Cape Mercy befindet sich an der Südspitze der Cumberland-Halbinsel. Die 1,1 km lange und 750 m breite Landspitze befindet sich am südlichen Ende einer 14 km langen Halbinsel. Die Landspitze hat eine Höhe von etwa 330 m und fällt steil zum Meer hin ab. Cape Mercy ragt ins offene Meer hinaus und bildet die nördliche Nahtstelle zwischen dem Cumberlandsund im Westen und der Davisstraße im Osten.
Radarstation Cape Mercy
Etwa 8,2 km nordnordwestlich der Landspitze befindet sich eine unbemannte Radarstation (
), die seit Juli 1992 im Rahmen des North Warning Systems mit der Kennung BAF-2 in Betrieb ist.
