Brisa – Autoestradas de Portugal, S.A. ist ein börsennotiertes Verkehrsinfrastruktur-Unternehmen mit Sitz in Portugal. Brisa führt den Betrieb des Colorado Northwest Parkway seit 2007.

Brisa hält eine 18%ige Beteiligung an der Companhia de Concessões Rodoviárias (CCR), Brasiliens größtem Autobahnkonzessionär.[6] In den Vereinigten Staaten sind Brisa und CCR 90 % – 10 % Partner im Betrieb der Northwest Parkway (Denver) Mautstraße.[7] Das Unternehmen besitzt auch 30 % von Movenience, dem elektronischen Mautsystem im Westerscheldetunnel in der niederländischen Provinz Zeeland.[8]
