Billy Milionis
Billy Milionis ist ein australischer Schauspieler, Filmschaffender und Schauspiellehrer.
Leben
Milionis lernte das Schauspiel von Sanford Meisner und Erzählstruktur und Szenenanalyse bei John Truby. Es folgte ein Studium an der University of California, Los Angeles. Er war Mitglied der Improvisationstheatergruppe L. A. Connection in Hollywood. In Australien vertiefte er seine Schauspielkenntnisse an verschiedenen Einrichtungen. Er ist Gründer von The Actors Pulse, einer auf der Meisner-Technik basierenden Schauspielschule in Sydney.[1][2] Seit 1994 arbeitet er als Schauspiellehrer.
Mitte der 1990er Jahre folgten erste Rollen in Filmproduktionen. Anfang der 2000er Jahre spielte er in zwei Episoden der Fernsehserie All Saints mit. Er hatte eine größere Rolle im Kurzfilm Death’s Requiem inne, der unter anderen am 31. März 2007 auf dem Method Fest Independent Film Festival gezeigt wurde.[3] 2010 war er im Horrorfilm Dark Beach – Insel des Grauens in der Rolle des Spiro zu sehen.[4] Darüber hinaus tritt er auch als Filmproduzent und Filmregisseur in Erscheinung.
