alpha-retro ist eine Sendungsreihe des Bildungskanals ARD alpha.
Beschreibung
In der Sendung werden Dokumentarfilme aus den Archiven, vorrangig des Bayerischen Rundfunks, gelegentlich aber auch von anderen Landesrundfunkanstalten der ARD, gezeigt. Diese stammen aus den Jahren 1950 bis 2000. Die Auswahl erfolgt nach einem je nach Sendung wechselnden thematischen Schwerpunkt.[1]
Die Dokumentationen werden von einer Moderatorin in einem Studio, das dem der früheren Fernsehansagen ähneln soll, präsentiert. Die Übertragung der Anmoderationen findet dabei in Schwarz-Weiß statt.
Sendeplatz
alpha-retro wird freitagabends ab etwa 21 Uhr ausgestrahlt und Samstagabend und Montagnachmittag wiederholt.
