- Allochthon (Ethnologie), Personen und Gemeinschaften mit einer gebietsfremden sozialen Herkunft oder Abstammung
- Allochthone Art, durch den Menschen eingeführte gebietsfremde Lebewesen
- Fremdlingsfluss, allochthoner Fluss, entspringt in regenreichen Gebieten und versorgt Trockengebiete mit untypischen Wassermengen
- Allochthon (Geologie), Gestein, das durch Transportvorgänge vom Bildungsort entfernt in fremde Umgebung bewegt wurde (auch als Substantiv)
