Alex Gebert ist ein ehemaliger Kanute der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik (DDR). Er wurde 1976 im Zweier-Canadier, zusammen mit Hans-Jürgen Tode DDR-Meister und konnte 1977 den 3. Platz erringen.[1]
