Adewale James Olufade (* 21. August 1994 in Lomé) ist ein togoischer Fußballspieler, der als Verteidiger eingesetzt wird.
Karriere
Olufade begann seine professionelle Fußballzeit in seinem Geburtsort Lomé, spielte 2013 bis 2019 mit kurzer Unterbrechung in Kamerun und im Anschluss bis 2024 in Bahrain. Nach Stippvisiten im Oman und in Afghanistan ist er seit Juli 2025 wieder in Kamerun aktiv. Mit Dynamic Togolais wurde er 2012 togoischer Meister. Zehn Jahre später erreichte er (mit dem Manama Club) die Vizemeisterschaft in Bahrain.
Sein Debüt in der togoischen Nationalmannschaft gab er am 9. September 2018 bei einem 0:0-Unentschieden im Qualifikationsspiel zum Afrika-Cup 2019 gegen Benin. Eine Beschwerde des gambischen Fußballverbands (GFF) vom Oktober (Olufade sei Nigerianer und daher nicht spielberechtigt für Togo) wurde von der CAS letztinstanzlich abgewiesen.[1]
