NGC 7620 — Yeni Ümumi Kataloqda qeydə alınmış qalaktika. Göy üzündə Peqas bürcü istiqamətində yerləşir. Sc tipli qalaktikadır. Alman astronomu Albert Mart tərəfindən 1864-cü ildə 121.92 sm (48 düymə) ölçülü reflektor vasitəsilə kəşf edilmişdir.[7]
