NGC 4920 — Yeni Ümumi Kataloqda qeydə alınmış qalaktika. Göy üzündə Qız bürcü istiqamətində yerləşir. IBm tipli qalaktikadır. Alman astronomu Vilhelm Tempel tərəfindən 1882-ci ildə 27.94 sm (11 düymə) ölçülü refraktor vasitəsilə kəşf edilmişdir.[5]
