NGC 4644 — Yeni Ümumi Kataloqda qeydə alınmış qalaktika. Göy üzündə Böyük Ayı bürcü istiqamətində yerləşir. SBb/P tipli qalaktikadır. İngilis astronomu Vilyam Herşel tərəfindən 1789-cu ildə 47.5 sm (18.7 inç) ölçülü reflektor vasitəsilə kəşf edilmişdir.[7]
