NGC 1321, Yeni Ümumi Kataloqda qeydə alınmış qalaktika. Göy üzündə Eridan bürcü istiqamətində yerləşir. Sa tipli qalaktikadır. İngilis astronomu Vilyam Herşel tərəfindən 1784-cü ildə 47.5 sm (18.7 inç) ölçülü reflektor vasitəsilə kəşf edilmişdir.[7]
