Roy William Neill (4 de setiembre de 1887, República d'Irlanda – 14 d'avientu de 1946, Londres) foi un direutor de cine d'Estaos Xuníos. Ye conocíu por dirixir les últimes catorce películes de Sherlock Holmes protagonizaes por Basil Rathbone y Nigel Bruce ente 1943 y 1946.[3]

Neill empezó a dirixir películes mudes en 1917, rodando un total de 107 películes, 40 d'elles mudes. Neill vivió nos Estaos Xuníos la mayor parte de la so carrera y yera ciudadanu d'esi país. Foi a Londres dende 1935 hasta 1940, onde esistíen meyores oportunidaes pa los directores norteamericanos. Mientres esti periodu, el productor de cine británicu Edward Black contrató primeramente a Neill pa dirixir The Lady Vanishes. Sicasí, por cuenta de retrasos na producción, Black acabó contratando a Alfred Hitchcock pa que la dirixiera.

Neill morrió en Londres (Inglaterra) por mor d'un infartu.
