Robert Z. Leonard (Robert Zigler Leonard; 7 d'ochobre de 1889, Chicago – 27 d'agostu de 1968, Beverly Hills) foi un direutor, actor, guionista y productor cinematográficu d'Estaos Xuníos.[4]

Biografía

Tuvo unos años casáu cola actriz del cine mudu Mae Murray, formando parte dambos de la productora Tiffany Pictures, cola cual rodaron ocho film estrenaos por MGM.

Foi candidatu al Óscar al meyor direutor poles películes The Divorcee y The Great Ziegfeld. Dambes fueron nomaes asina mesmu al Óscar a la meyor película, ganándolo la segunda d'elles. Unu de los sos títulos más estraños foi'l filme de cine negru de 1949 The Bribe.

Tres el so primer matrimoniu, en 1926 casóse cola actriz Gertrude Olmstead, cola cual permaneció xuníu hasta'l fallecimientu d'él en 1968, fechu asocedíu en Beverly Hills (California). Foi soterráu nel Campusantu Forest Lawn Memorial Park, en Glendale (California).
