Paul G. Comba (6 de marzu de 1926, Túnez – 5 d'abril de 2017) ye un astrónomu italianu radicáu nos Estaos Xuníos. Nació en 1926 n'Italia, y treslladóse a EEXX en 1946 a la edá de 20 años, cuando ganó una beca d'estudios nel Caltech onde sacó'l doutoráu en matemática en 1951. Amás del doutoráu, Comba dio clases na Universidá de Ḥawai hasta 1960, cuando entró a trabayar n'IBM como desarrollador de software.

Especializóse n'asteroides, y a fecha del 2006 yá tenía 498 descubiertos. Tamién ye conocíu pola Multiplicación de Comba, un algoritmu de multiplicación pa ordenadores basáu en multiplicaciones llargues usando llapiceru y papel [1].

En 2003 ganó'l premiu Leslie C. Peltier poles sos contribuciones a l'astronomía [2].

Comba ye l'autor del Astronomical League's Asteroid Club Observing Guide [3] Archiváu 2006-05-06 en Wayback Machine, y ye miembru del Prescott Astronomy Club.[4] [5]
