Christopher David "Chris" Noth (13 de payares de 1954, Madison) ye un actor d'Estaos Xuníos. Ye conocíu por interpretar a Mike Logan en Law & Order, a Mr. Big en Sex and the City y a Peter Florrick en The Good Wife.
Biografía
Primeros años
Noth, el menor de tres fíos, nació en Madison (Wisconsin) fíu de Jeanne Parr, una reportera, y Charles Noth, un vendedor de seguros. El so padre morrió cuando Noth tenía ocho años. Mientres la so mocedá, viaxó cola so madre y hermanos pol Reinu Xuníu, Yugoslavia y España.
Noth estudió nel Marlboro College en Vermont. Darréu, llogró una Maestría en Belles Artes na Yale School of Drama (Escuela de Drama de Yale), onde foi alumnu de Sanford Meisner.
Carrera
Noth realizó'l so debú cinematográficu en 1988 en Jakarta. Tamién tuviera papeles pequeños en filmes como Smithereens y Baby Boom y en series de televisión como Hill Street Blues y Another World. En 1988 interpretó a Mike Logan nel episodiu piloto de la serie Law & Order. En 1990, NBC empezó a tresmitir la serie. Noth abandonó la serie en 1995. Darréu, interpretaría a Logan nuevamente na película Exiled: A Law & Order Movie.
En 1998, Noth llogró'l papel de "Mr. Big" na serie de HBO Sex and the City, qu'interpretó mientres seis años. Mientres esti periodu, tamién tuvo un papel pequeñu nel filme Náufragu y actuó nuna producción de Broadway de The Best Man. En 2001, interpretó a un axente del FBI en dellos episodios de Crossing Jordan. En 2005, Noth volvió interpretar a Mike Logan, esta vegada en Law & Order: Criminal Intent como convidáu especial nun episodiu de la cuarta temporada. Mientres la quinta temporada, Noth llogró un papel recurrente na serie. En xunu de 2008, anuncióse que Noth abandonaría la serie.[5]
En 2008, Noth repitió'l so papel como "Mr. Big" na película Sex & the City La película. En 2009, empezó a trabayar na serie The Good Wife, interpretando a Peter Florrick, el maríu d'Alicia Florrick, el personaxe principal de la serie.
