I like the way you think and would like your input here
(Back story: The final leg of TAR8 currently lists as "Montana -> Quebec -> Ontario -> New York", but the second to last leg of the Brazilian version lists as "Parana -> Chile" and then the final leg has two regions of Chile on it instead of just saying "Chile". I was just confused about the inconsistency)

Sorry, but I won't contribute there. I don't even know why I began to talk in the other discussion in the first place:P. The problem is that, as an Italian-speaking person, I found I have a different way of thinking about geography: in general, I found you're much more eager to think an island is a separate thing than us. For example: you English-speaking people think Australia is a continent, here in Italy were always taught it is only a part of a continent (Oceania). I'd rather not let this different way of thinking influence the discussion. I know it is probably a double standard, but... sorry :). --SimoneMLK (talk) 10:17, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2010-11-24T10:17:00.000Z","author":"SimoneMLK","type":"comment","level":3,"id":"c-SimoneMLK-2010-11-24T10:17:00.000Z-174.1.48.24-2010-11-24T09:58:00.000Z","replies":["c-174.1.48.24-2010-11-24T10:37:00.000Z-SimoneMLK-2010-11-24T10:17:00.000Z"]}}-->
Oh no, no, no, you're thinking of Ryulong. I'm against him, so basically everything you just said are things I agree with, and I'm trying to get him to change the Sicily header back to Italy because it's part of Italy. I'm a bit of a geography buff and I hate it when people call Australia a continent 174.1.48.24 (talk) 10:37, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2010-11-24T10:37:00.000Z","author":"174.1.48.24","type":"comment","level":4,"id":"c-174.1.48.24-2010-11-24T10:37:00.000Z-SimoneMLK-2010-11-24T10:17:00.000Z","replies":["c-SimoneMLK-2010-11-24T10:48:00.000Z-174.1.48.24-2010-11-24T10:37:00.000Z"]}}-->
OK, whatever. What I want to say is that I don't want to create a mess in a new discussion, since I will probably create it in the TAR17 as well. :) --SimoneMLK (talk) 10:48, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2010-11-24T10:48:00.000Z","author":"SimoneMLK","type":"comment","level":5,"id":"c-SimoneMLK-2010-11-24T10:48:00.000Z-174.1.48.24-2010-11-24T10:37:00.000Z","replies":["c-174.1.48.24-2010-11-24T10:53:00.000Z-SimoneMLK-2010-11-24T10:48:00.000Z"]}}-->
Oh we're well beyond making a mess...oy. It's kind of gotten ridiculous. Anyway, your thoughts on Sicily are appreciated! Thanks! Oh, and if you happen to kno anyone from France, maybe you could direct them to the TAR17 page for their thoughts on Corsica. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
