I see that a few portals now use <center>. Although readable and effective, that is deprecated. I'm not sure what the recommended replacement is: probably something involving <div style="margin: auto">. For informational purposes for you (no, I'm not shilling for Amazon, or for deceased musicians), it's available on Amazon in MP3 format and CD (link). It's also available in streaming, which appears to be free if you have an Amazon account. In hindsight, my previous post was kind of ambiguous. I have the CD, having bought it when it came out. But, thanks for the tips. Re Amazon, yes, they have it on CD, but from third-party sellers and a considerable markup. I've bought new and used CDs from Amazon third-party sellers, and on eBay too. But I don't get pricey ones. I'm too cheap frugal for that. @Onel5969: Maybe, maybe not, depends on how various folks would interpret such as close, per their own stances, viewpoints, etc. toward such as close. As a non-admin closure, people could possibly be more apt to consider it as a supervote. I guess it's moot at this point anyway, since Missvain closed the discussion already. Arbitration

• By motion, standard discretionary sanctions have been temporarily authorized for all pages relating to the Horn of Africa (defined as including Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Djibouti, and adjoining areas if involved in related disputes). The effectiveness of the discretionary sanctions can be evaluated on the request by any editor after March 1, 2021 (or sooner if for a good reason).
• Following the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections, the following editors have been appointed to the Arbitration Committee: Barkeep49, BDD, Bradv, CaptainEek, L235, Maxim, Primefac.

I have that feature turned on that strikes out contributors who have been blocked. And, when I reviewed an old discussion recently, I noticed that SwisterTwister's wikiID was overstruck.

My recollection was that they could be unpleasant and accusatory, so I looked into why they were blocked.

Sockpuppetry.

I requested a listing of articles both SwisterTwister and their sockpuppet, Trampton had edited. Your talk page was one of the pages where both wikiIDs overlapped, within a short period. [13]

It seems to me they were using sockpuppetry to target you. I hate sockpuppetry. Maybe you already knew this. But, in case you didn't... Schofield was a frequent houseguest at Redfield's farm, upstream from New Hope, Pennsylvania, and the two would go out painting together, competing to capture the better view. Redfield served on the jury for the 1904 Annual Exhibition of the Carnegie Institute; at which, despite Redfield's opposition, Across the River was awarded the Gold Medal and $1,500 prize. It was not until a 1963 interview that the 93-year-old Redfield revealed the painting as the cause of the 40-year feud between them. Schofield may have painted it in England, but a blindsided Redfield knew that this was a view of the Delaware River, from his own front yard!

The specifics demonstrate Schofield's virtuosity (and cunning). He painted it in England (probably from sketches and memory). He submitted it to an exhibition where Redfield was on the jury (and was outvoted). Redfield would be the only one to understand what he had done, at least initially. And complaining about it would just make Redfield look weak.

Still, Redfield may have gotten his revenge. Thanks for your addition to Walter Elmer Schofield. My impression (Am I wrong?) is that having a gallery of images all the way across the page is not optimal for hand-held devises. Can one use "<gallery perrow=5>" on a packed gallery?

One would think that at the end of the right side of the screen, any remaining images would then just auto-perrow onto the next line, as occurs when using wikipedia on a computer and the packed mode is present in a gallery. I don't surf using a phone, so I won't be checking how it looks.
