Thanks for your interest. I have not been working on wikipedia much the past year or so, but yes it is close to being finished. I uploaded the images but they are all being questioned and may be deleted, which was a central aspect of the project. Anyway, I will look at it and move it over if I can cite it a little better. Thanks for your edition about the detail on personal life of Ambassador Matthew J. Matthews. However, can the citation source of his date of birth be provided? There may be a corresponding citation, but when you click on the links, you are not taken to the citation. Compare clicking on Mitcham 2007 in this version vs clicking on Mitcham 2007 in this version. The second one takes you to the full citation and highlights it, the first one doesn't. The first version gives you the name of the author, the year of publication and the page number in the book cited. Seems to me that is pointing to a citation. 'This link does not function' would be more accurate, but I concede there is a value in reformatting the references. Thanks for looking at it. The 50 caliber barrels were significantly longer than the previous naval guns, and the weight of the barrel had a tendency to cause the barrel to bend slightly downward over the length of its shaft. Apparently the bending was not much, as the slight drooping was not enough to affect the accuracy of the gun. Hope that helps.
