Draftification of Sikandar (2025)

Hey, I reverted one of your draftifications, as it violated WP:DRAFTNO, which states that any article cannot be draftified if it was created or edited in the last hour. @GrabUp: the author actually had already created the exact same sourceless, contentless, infobox-only mainspace article at Sikandar (Film), so I don't think they had any plans on improving the article in that namespace. I have tagged one for speedy deletion; duplication does not mean draftification at all. Also, shouldn’t we wait at least some time to give the author more opportunity to add content? This subject already has a full draft at Draft:Sikandar (2025 film) and is currently a redirect at Sikandar (2025 film). Both should be deleted for housekeeping reasons, particularly after finding the redirect and draft. There wasn't any proof that the editor was still working on the article, no template, no further edits, they literally just recreated it again in a different namespace, then they made an edit on an unrelated subject. There is zero indication that this article was still being worked on (which is part of the criteria) and, if anything the editor had moved on. We can't just leave just an infobox with nothing else and a copyvio to boot in the mainspace. Next time I will just delete. Admin Explicit did not seem to see an issue when deleting the redirect instead of moving the draft back. Best, GPL93 (talk) 15:18, 3 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kon Knueppel name

On players who actually use the "II" suffix, Duke basketball's official roster website (https://goduke.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/2024-25) buts the "II" after their names (such as on Patrick Ngongba II or Derick Lively II). Kon, however, has his name listed as "Kon Knueppel." Should've we then omit the "II" on his Wikipedia page?

Additionally,

There a source used on this page (https://madison.com/watching-the-son-rise/article_077d07d3-dbfc-53ef-a553-e29f9177fec4.html) mentions his middle name being the roman numerals "II". Shouldn't we not have contradicting sources?

I stand corrected! Looking through the edit history, it does look like a family member corrected it to Kon II a while ago (it was reverted because it was part of a bunch of unsourced additions). I did a search with "Kon II" as one keyword and was able to find an RS for it (as did you, darn edit conflicting) so I switched it out. Usually in these situations where naming, birthplace, etc are not clear or have conflicting information I lean towards just waiting towards draft season when players have to fill out paperwork with all this information.
