Most of the cited sources straight up never mentioned the subject, and the majority of the remaining citations (trivial mentions, entry in databases, WP:ROUTINE announcements of appointments and events) are pretty weak in establishing notability. An organization is notable doesn't necessarily mean the subject is notable, please make sure that the subject is covered in depth for most of the cited sources, and replace announcements of appointments/events with review of the subject's accomplishments or said events after the fact.
