Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Wael Bahaa-El-Din, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Wael Bahaa-El-Din seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Wael Bahaa-El-Din, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.
Thank you.
A tag has been placed on Nadig kruttika requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
A tag has been placed on 2010 Corus Chess Tournament requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Is it possible that your edits to the article, seeking to promote controversial aspects far beyond their due weight, is motivated by your being an atheist, and is therefore a kind of POV editing on your part? -Stevertigo (t | log | c) 06:29, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Existence of God
Hi there Abhishikt. I am not preaching, I have merely pointed out factual information. In accordance with Wikipedia policy, my contribution:
Contains No Original Research
Has a Neutral Point of View
Is Completely Verifiable
So what is your problem ? Do you have a prejudice against Christianity ? The teaching of Jesus and the Apostles recorded in the Bible is directly relevant and important to the subject.
AHA ! Now I see it ! Your user page reveals you to be a self-confessed atheist ! I challenge you: Read the Gospels in prayer, asking God to convince you whether it is true or false, and whether it is His word. Put Jesus teaching into practice. Then come back and tell me whether or not God exists. Give up your prejudice and check out the facts for a change ! Darkman101 (talk) 17:39, 10 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Atheism 3.0 AfD
Hey Abhishikt. Just an FYI regarding your AfD of Atheism 3.0, it's generally customary to cast a vote in your own AfD noms (if you have an opinion on it, that is), since an editor may sometimes bring an article to AfD after discussion elsewhere when they don't, themselves, agree with the nom, or they may be undecided on the issue and only looking for discussion. As such, your nomination may or may not be counted as a delete vote, so you may wish to be explicit about your opinion. Also, while I'm here, would you mind linking your user page and/or talk page in your sig? You don't currently, which forces users to type the url in manually to find them. Thanks! — Jess· Δ♥19:38, 19 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for letting me know, but I have already voted for deletion on 16th. I have improved my signature now as per your suggestion :) Abhishikt (talk) 20:28, 19 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes you too Abishka - this demonstrates that the way you went about the afd was flawed because you don't understand that you were supposed to have an indepth discussion of the ideas not a simple straw vote. The afd is itself voidable. But we are at a new poin t How bout this - would you please paste me a copy of the old article so I can see what the problems were? That would be constructive. Devilishlyhandsome (talk) 02:00, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You are right Devilishlyhandsome, that AfD is not "votes" and Jess probably conveyed it incorrectly, I guess he meant to convey that I should also state my reasons for deletion of that article. For previous version of the article, I saw though my changes history, but couldn't find it, you can probably contact an admin. BTW my name is Abhishikt. Abhishikt (talk) 02:08, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Abhishikt, it seems that I am being given to understand for your then-current and apparently persisting resistance to WP coverage of this emerging trend in the intellectual history of popular atheist philosophy is that I should "contact an administrator" because you don't remember why. Gee whiz man. That resonates with Rick Warren's assertion that we should trust "God's Word" even if it makes no sense. Sorry, I can't participate in the fiction that this is a satisfactory explanation for the inexplicable collapse of WP:CENSOR.Devilishlyhandsome (talk) 02:25, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I thought I was being clear enough, and seem to have gotten my intention across to the editor I was addressing, but in any case... yes, obviously the AfD was not a straw poll. However, making one's support clear in an AfD discussion is instrumental to determining consensus. I believe this is all covered in WP:CON. Either way, this really isn't the right way to "fight an improper AfD", even if this was one. WP:ANI would be the place to go if you felt an admin had acted improperly. — Jess· Δ♥02:36, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I wasn't necessarily asserting that he "acted improperly" by closing the afd, I assert that the afd of that old article, which had only two citations, stated four times, is irrelevant to the forced userfication of a new article which had many more citations, which IMHO was not consistent with policy. And I take exception to this mantra that somebody or other keeps repeating that supposedly the article is not sourced when in fact there are multiple verifiable reliable sources including published authors,a Harvard chaplain, a Ph D or two. And what is really just appalling is that anyone would think for a moment that failed afd constitutes a basis for excluded content...sorry but this all smacks of suppression of intellectual freedom. I wish you guys would simply let the new article stand on its merits. Sorry I can understand that you just went through an afd and although Anapum is a very competent researcher he did neglect to fully source the article and it doesn't seem that he conducted as vigorous a defense as was required. I have not given up hope that you will agree to re-open the matter - I would not object to a replacement into mainspace with a de novo afd. It is a new and different article with more sources and deserves its own fair hearing.Devilishlyhandsome (talk) 02:34, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Devilishlyhandsome, we agree with you on the fact that AfD is not voting and we used the term incorrect in conveying the real intend. Shall we please call this a WP:DEADHORSE. Abhishikt (talk) 03:30, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Re:Existence of God
Hello Abhishikt, thank you for your comment on my talk page. I looked at the section on the talk page you referred me to and it looks like their was a support for the moving of the argument to a different section, where it exists now. Regardless, I've added a reliable source to the statement to ensure its continued existence in the article. I hope this helps. With regards, AnupamTalk19:02, 21 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Please respect the EDIT NOTICE: No major shift w/o consensus
COPIED TO TALK PAGE of article
I reverted a substantial edit made without consensus. Just because four people in a contested process were able to for the time being prevent a poorly-documented (2 refs) article about a topic (Aeth 3.0) from its own freestanding article does not give you the right to unilaterally obliterate all mention of any author in that tradition, particularly under this kind of edit warning. Please do not do this again, thank you very much. Cheers.Devilishlyhandsome (talk) 00:14, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Because you have participated in a related RfC on this article, or have recently contributed to it, you are hereby informed that your input would be highly appreciated on the new RfC here: [[1]]. Thank you! Dominus Vobisdu (talk) 16:52, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Did you bother to discuss the issue in the appropriate section of the talk page or are you going to continue to edit war? WP:NPOV states "Editing from a neutral point of view (NPOV) means representing fairly, proportionately, and as far as possible without bias, all significant views that have been published by reliable sources." Thanks, AnupamTalk05:22, 22 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Edit conflict- This is absurd. All I removed part of your additions giving reason that those are not verifiable and simply asked you to gain consensus and you are engaging in edit war without giving any reason or attempting to talk. and you post this warning on my talk page for doing only one revert??. Can you explain yourself? Abhishikt (talk) 05:26, 22 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
First you have to prove the notability and reliablility of the sources. Did you try to prove that or tried to gain consensus, as I had mentioned in my comments? Abhishikt (talk) 05:28, 22 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
If you noticed my first edit summary, when the content was added, it stated "balanced findings with additional study + references per talk", where I discussed the addition of the study. If you object to the addition of the study, you should comment there rather than blindly reverting me. Also, contrary to what you stated above, you did not revert once, but twice. If you revert once more, you will have reached 3RR. In addition, to answer your question, the reference is reliable as it is taken from an academic journal. It is furthermore notable as the study was reported in CNN, among other forms of mass media. You would have obtained this information if you looked at the thread on the talk page I opened up. Rab Raakha, AnupamTalk05:33, 22 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Anupam, you actually reverted five times. Please stop templating editors with these unfounded warnings, misusing sources by twisting them to fit your POV, and reverting "as vandalism" when there is none. —ArtifexMayhem (talk) 18:43, 22 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I noticed that you added "Above proposed sentence is to replace an existing sentence shown in below" to the RfC. The RfC proposal does not mean that the proposed sentence should replace an existing one. It only concerns itself with adding the proposed sentence. Both sentences can appear in the article; the two are not mutually exclusive. Thanks, AnupamTalk04:18, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
From the edit history of Atheism article, I see that your proposed sentence was added in-place of the existing sentence I mentioned. And such replacement happened multiple times by multiple editors in the edit war there. Also I didn't see any comment from anyone that they are ok with both sentences. May be only you are Ok with both sentences and you can mention that as a part of your comment. Abhishikt (talk) 04:31, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
If you look at the edit history, the only reason I reverted the addition of that sentence is to restore the content that I added. I have no problem with the sentence being in the article. I started the RfC and do not see a problem with having both sentences in the article. I would request that you please leave that block of text out of the RfC stem I started. If you'd like to propose another question, you're more than welcome to start another RfC. Thanks, AnupamTalk04:34, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. Let me remove that part. Also I noted that in RfC stem you wrote "reincluded in the article", but the fact is that the sentence was not part of the article. The dispute began when it was added by you. Can you change it to something like "Added in the article" to make it accurate. Abhishikt (talk) 04:42, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Dear User:Abhishikt, I hatted your proposal as an alternative in the RfC stem - that way it still appears on top. I also removed the prefix "re" from the word "included" as you requested. I hope this helps. With regards, AnupamTalk04:51, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Just noticed the Marathi banner above... I did some work with Tata Consultancy Services a few years back and spent around ten weeks at their offices in Pune. It is truly awesome part of the planet - great people, great food (being from Texas I like spicy), great scenery and great works - with Ellora Caves and Ajanta Caves being particularly impressive. —ArtifexMayhem (talk) 05:28, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Abhishikt, I note that you undid my edits on God of the Gaps, with a reference to Neutral Point of View. Please carefully review NPOV in the Wikipedia Policies and Guidelines and work with more care in the future. You will note that NPOV does not prevent an article accurately reporting on a topic which represents someone's point of view, nor does it proscribe a description of that point of view. The GOTG article provides plenty of references explaining that "God of the Gaps" is an inherently critical term for theological arguments that are deemed to be faulty. That discussion is expanded in the Talk page. The term was invented by Christian theologians to critique fallacious theology, just as the term "begging the question" was invented by logicians to critique fallacious logic. The GOTG article must make that clear. Mrdavenport (talk) 01:10, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
An individual handset is Not Notable (WP:N). All three or four (610/710/800/900) handsets could be merged under one article eg the 800. The note on a move from symbian to Win could easily be covered as a sentence there or in the general Nokia article.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

You've been unsubscribed from the Feedback Request Service
Hi Abhishikt! You're receiving this notification because you were previously subscribed to the Feedback Request Service, but you haven't made any edits to the English Wikipedia in over six months.
In order to declutter the Feedback Request Service list, and to produce a greater chance of active users being randomly selected to receive invitations to contribute, you've been unsubscribed, along with all other users who have made no edits in six months.
You do not need to do anything about this - if you are happy to not receive Feedback Request Service messages, thank you very much for your contributions in the past, and this will be the last you hear from the service. If, however, you would like to resubscribe yourself, you can follow the below instructions to do so:
Decide which categories are of interest to you, under the RfC and/or GA headings.
Paste {{Frs user|Abhishikt|limit}} underneath the relevant heading(s), where limit is the maximum number of requests you wish to receive for that category per month.
Publish the page.
If you've just come back after a wikibreak and are seeing this message, welcome back! You can follow the above instructions to re-activate your subscription. Likewise, if this is an alternate account, please consider subscribing your main account in much the same way.
Note that if you had a rename and left your old name subscribed to the FRS, you may be receiving this message on your new username's talk page still. If so, make sure your new account name is subscribed to the FRS, using the same procedure mentioned above.
