Tokyo's 5th district is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives, the lower house of the national Diet of Japan.[1] It is located in Tokyo, and consists of a part of Setagaya, one of Tokyo's 23 special wards.

It was won by the Constitutional Democratic Party in the 2021 Japanese general election.
