I added Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, but I'm wondering if it should have a new group--like "fibrillin" is there for Marfan at the moment. But then again, EDS affects more than just collagen. Hypermobile EDS affects several collagens but also fibronectin and tenascin, for a start. (See here for one reference that lists the various affected parts of connective tissue: [1] ) Is there a proper medical classification for these (what goes under what) that we could use to help in building this template?
